Lodging Packages (when selected with conference registration) are available with a special room rate at Salles Ciutat del Prat Barcelona Airport. The special room rates will be available until the group block is sold out. For more information, please contact the conference director.
The Hotel staff will only provide general information about the hotel and guest rooms and are not responsible for any specific details about the conference. Guest room confirmation numbers will be provided to the registrants periodically on successful completion of the registration and accommodation bookings.
Note 1: The discounted hotel stay rates are restricted only for one day before and/or after the event dates (based on availability). The complimentary packages are valid only on the event dates.
Note 2: Lodging Package only includes the room rent charges and the rest of the incidentals would be charged extra. Hotel reception would convey all the complimentary services if any at the time of check-in.

HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL
The Hotel Sallés Ciutat del Prat is located in the centre of El Prat, at the foot of the busiest airport in the Mediterranean and with direct connection to the port of Barcelona and the Fira. Everything has been designed for you to travel quickly and comfortably, with spacious and quiet rooms, as well as a free transfer to the airport and to your cruise ship.
Barcelona’s Fira Congress Centre is 8 km away from the Ciutat del Prat. El Prat de Llobregat Train Station is just 12 minutes’ walk from the hotel, connecting you with central Barcelona in under 20 minutes. A free airport transfer is available upon request daily from 04:30 to 1:30.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
RENFE suburban train station
- Line R2, El Prat de Llobregat station (10 minutes from the Hotel).
- Direct train access to the centre of Barcelona in just 3 stops and to the main beach destinations in Garraf.
Metro
- El Prat station or Cèntric station, on L9.
- Direct access to Fira de Gran Via (only 4 stops), the Barcelona Football Club Stadium and the centre of Barcelona.
Bus Station
- Towards Plaza España – Line 65 and 165.

BY CAR
From the airport
Take the first exit “El Prat de Llobregat”, continue towards the City Centre (Avda. Onze de Septiembre), until you cross Avda. Remolar, where you must turn left and continue until you find the Hotel at the 3rd roundabout.
From Barcelona / Tarragona
Follow the signs towards El Prat Airport (Ronda Litoral, Ronda de Dalt, Gran Vía, etc), and take the last exit located 1.5 km from the airport terminals “El Prat de Llobregat”, continue towards Centro Ciudad (Avda. Onze de Septiembre), until you cross Avda. Remolar, where you must turn left, continuing until you find the Hotel at the 3rd roundabout.
