Registration opens @ 8:30 A.M
Sessions Opening @ 9:00 A.M all three days- To ensure you don’t miss any presentations at the conference, please arrive early to complete your registration and secure a seat.

Note: The opening session will be started with the keynote forum. Come early! The front-row seating will be reserved for OCM & Keynotes.

BADGE PICKUP @ 8:30 A.M

Dodge the rush and get in early! Arriving early allows you to register smoothly, pick up your badge, and receive a welcome kit with conference materials.

To ensure we can promptly print your badge before the conference, please complete your ticket registration using the provided separate link via email. Ensure all required fields, such as your name, affiliation/company, and country, are filled out. This will help us prepare your badge efficiently and avoid delays on the event day.

If you ordered more than two tickets (depending on registration) – please make sure that you have assigned each ticket to the email address of the person attending and ensure they complete the steps above too.

ACCOMMODATION

The Lodging Package only includes the room rent charges and the rest of the incidentals would be charged extra. Hotel reception would convey all the complimentary services if any at the time of check-in. The hotel staff are not responsible for any specific details about the conference. Upon successful completion of the registration and accommodation bookings, guest room confirmation numbers will be provided to the registrants periodically.

Airports: Milan is served by three main airports:

Malpensa (MXP): 50 km from the city center, handles international flights.

Linate (LIN): 7 km from the city center, serves mainly European routes.

Orio al Serio (BGY): 50 km from the city, popular with low-cost airlines.

Train Travel: Milan Central Station (Stazione Centrale) is a major hub for both domestic and international trains, offering connections to cities across Italy and Europe.

Metro: The city has four metro lines (Red, Green, Yellow, Purple) covering key areas. It’s an efficient way to get around Milan.

Trams: Milan has a large tram network with 17 lines, providing a scenic and convenient way to travel across the city.

Buses: The bus network complements the metro and trams, offering extensive coverage throughout the city and suburbs.

Public Transport Tickets: A single ticket costs €2, valid for metro, buses, trams, and suburban trains. Multi-day passes are available for tourists.

Taxis & Ride-Sharing: Taxis are readily available, and ride-sharing services like Uber operate in Milan.

Biking: Milan is becoming more bike-friendly, with bike lanes and bike-sharing systems such as “BikeMi.”

Walking: The city center is very walkable, with major attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants within walking distance.
